Kerry leads a countrywide delegation of 142 graduates who have completed level 5 training with SKILLETB
A group of 142 graduates will travel from around the country on Saturday 22nd March to attend their SKILLETB graduation at the Radisson Blu Airport Hotel in Dublin. They hail from almost every county in Ireland with the largest group coming from Killorglin in Kerry. The majority of the graduates, who will receive a FETAC 5 Health Service Skills Award, are Home Helps. Also included is a group of Disability Federation Ireland (DFI) staff from Mayo. Each graduate will bring family members or friends to witness and celebrate their achievement.
Among the speakers who will address the gathering will be graduate Sabine Batternay from the Home Help Office in Killorglin who will share her experience of the course
Jacinta Stewart CEO of CDETB, which leads and manages the SKILLETB programme, will speak about the pleasure it has been for tutors countrywide to work with this committed and dedicated group of Home Helps and Health Care Assistants who do such critically important work in the community.
