Coláiste Eoin was established in 1964 by City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee – now City of Dublin Education and Training Board – to provide second level education for young boys in Finglas. Over the years the school developed into a vibrant co-educational school catering for the educational needs of young people in Finglas and surrounding areas.
The college is very proud of its’ first class academic and sporting facilities. These include fully equipped computer rooms, classrooms with internet access and data projectors, newly re-furbished science laboratories, a library and workshops. In addition it has extensive sporting facilities include a gym, climbing wall and adventure sports equipment.
Colaiste Eoin’s ethos has always been the joint aims of developing the students’ full academic potential while promoting the growth of each student as a confident self-assured individual. Hard work and dedication by students, staff and parents are central to achieving these aims.
