Support Services and Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL)

Centres, request resources necessary to deliver quality assured courses as part of the course application approval and as part of the annual application processes.

Centres are supported by the Curriculum Development Unit, the CDETB Psychological Service and the Sports and Cultural Council, which organises City wide events for learners to participate in. CDETB also has service level agreements with the Disability Support Service.

CDETB is currently finalising a dedicated TEL strategy to support the use of learning enhancing technologies, which includes the use of Blended Learning. This strategy is in line with the National Technology Enhanced Learning Strategy for the FET Sector.
